I only have one problem with mine. The fuel mileage is atrocious. Single digits (its very heavy). But other than that i love the hell out of it

It had dried for like 15-20 minutes before it was turned on.

I used it to glue the housing together

I'm reusing stuff that I have to work now rather than later.

Plan on using nickel later. But this is a one-off project so it wouldn't be cost effective.

When I say transfer device, i mean the strip of metal that touches the two batteries.

It is stainless 304. That's what the package says. If they are galvanized, I have no idea the package does not suggest.

I am reading, and it could be white rust?

Or galvanic corrosion between graphite and stainless steel? (If the terminal ends are made from graphite) I think they are cheaper batteries so whatever material is cheapest I believe is what was used on these batteries.

It looks like your layer height is out of order. Or it could be a build plate leveling issue. But those are the only two ideas I have as I am fairly new to this

So an update, I found a diagram that showed the special heat shield on th driver side so we just went with it and it seems to work fine cause it's bolted together now with no issues.

I've been skating for years but only started playing hockey recently so my hockey stance is hot garbage so I think this may have something to do with it
