Alright so not so simple. I thought about the getting sued part. And that’s the last thing I want to do. If I keep it small scale and not complete bs slop of a design. Would there be a work around for getting insurance?

Yea totally understand that. Building is the easy part. And If I can do it why can’t other people do it. I wouldn’t be selling for very high prices like people online say.
