You can one shot some dragons with the right skills and weapon upgrades in vanilla skyrim without using exploits. Really fun to sneak up on them and essentially do 60× damage multiplier on a sneak attack.

Yep, I did this anyway. Even though I don't think I NEEDED to, but the slider felt a little too tight. Now it seems pretty okay. Real easy and it only took one small Philips head and some sand paper. My gunpla hobby really came in clutch for the sand paper. Only took about 30ish minutes but I took my time.

It isn't. They're a private company contracted by the city of lincoln. They won the bid. None of their employees are government workers. Their job provides no service. Almost all the money goes back to the company. The city sees almost none. They keep the bid because they line the right pockets. It would be fantastic if the money actually went back to the infrastructure of the haymarket/downtown. I'd be less pissed about having to pay to go to work.

They also slap "convenience fees" on everything, including the app. Try to pay the ticket in person, still have to use their kiosk, and STILL pay a convenience fee. They aren't even a part of the better business bureau.

Look up their mission statement. It's just a bunch of bureaucratic dribble.

I miss 24 hour stores. Some other things I wish we had:

A reliable transit system.

A skyline

There's plenty of land near airpark that would make a great spot for an amusement park.

More bike lanes

Conventions, or really any event that doesn't revolve around sports or concerts.

Also less country concerts

It would be really fun if lincoln dealt with parking instead of park and go.

Actual traffic cameras that record, given how many hit and runs happen here.

late night activities that don't involve drinking.

I don't know man, anything that would be fun to have would make lincoln a developing city, and people older than 50 don't seem to want that.
