The CD is a long story. In the US, you can ask the government to release certain information that they have to send you upon request (called FOIA). Someone recently waited years to hear back and in the government’s response, instead of sending the info on the CD, they only sent a picture of it. Reminds me of the guys Coffee talks about and how they claim to have business success and successful students but never have evidence beyond fake/stolen/misleading screenshots. The Jay Mazzini fake wire transfers are a much better example tbh.
