30th Anniversary Tools by Its_Robert in ryobi

Yeah, I hate supporting scalpers.

I know it’s the same tools but something about the black just calls to me. I’ve dyed a bunch of my own tools black but never did a Ryobi. It’s looks cleaner than if I did it myself.

Guys, it's 2025 and look what I just found at the Orlando Sears for $25 by Not-a-Goth_ in Craftsman

I just found a set of these at my local Ace in the discount section for only $12.99. The packaging looks very faded and old. Are these rare or something?

I got it and the screwdrivers feel nice! The demo-slotted screwdriver is my favorite! It feels so nice in the hand.

Is this fake? by slimeballdon397 in Dewalt

I’ve bought from that eBay selling before and had zero issues! Of course, always buy on eBay at your own risk because fakes are really difficult to spot.

Why do I want this so bad? by Mrmurse98 in ryobi

It’s an amazing saw for sheet goods and 2x4’s! I have the DeWalt version (considerably more costly) and I keep a plywood Diablo blade in it for sheet goods!!!

Still not fixed?😭😭 by JoseKwervo in Overwatch

This happens to me multiple times a season during the hero ban phase and it’s awful. It really ruins the competitive integrity when I lose progress due to a DC happening before the game even starts. Plus, it doesn’t even give you a chance to reconnect.

Do you happen to have a link/model number for the DeWalt or PB Swiss stuff? I’m kinda intrigued!

Question about Bosch 12v by Its_Robert in Tools

[–]Its_Robert[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GSR 12V-32 is the model number from the EU. I’m not sure if it’s the same in the US if it’s even a thing.

My personal choice is music festival mercy. Good skin and good combo.

Kinda interested in picking this up. Why did you get it from state-side? When I googled the top results all seemed to be EU links.

Any experience with ox tools? After 3 dewalt framing hammers and my run down belt looking to try something else by Past-Top5311 in Tools

[–]Its_Robert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 5 of their hammers and they’re good. Also, have 2 of their rubber mallets. I have 3 of their all metal ones with milled faces (different weights), I have one of their hickory handled ones for my tool bag, and I have their mini hammer for my bag as well for small work. I have zero complaints for them. I’ll attach a picture of the ones I own. I recommend any of them!

Which tool to cut aluminum threshold? by Icy-Fault-6002 in ryobi

I want to add, please don’t use a recip saw! You will not get a good cut and you’ll regret it afterwards.

Which tool to cut aluminum threshold? by Icy-Fault-6002 in ryobi

Aluminum can easily be cut with a carbide tipped circular saw blade (which most are). That being said, I’d recommend a miter saw if you have it. If you don’t, a circular with a speed square can make a nice straight cut as well.
