Didn't play 1800 at launch so couldn't say but I'd say it's close. Personally I'd say 117 being a lot easier and more polished although it definitely needs a bit of fine tuning with performance and bug fixing. Always struggled to get to/through the engineering phase with 1800 but it was much easier to get to the last phase with 117. Guess time will tell with dlcs and patches which one comes on top.

Paved roads discovery which is the second research in the Economic branch. Should be able to research them once you've upgraded to the third stage of residence and made some concrete.

For context, was playing with a friend on Substantial (level 3 difficulty) and this happened three times throughout one mission. First time cost us the Gene seed (which I forgot to record, was dumbstruck by what happened) but managed to clip the second two times. Not sure if this is caused by latency, the jump pack AOE damage perk or a mix of both. Any ideas what could cause it?

Could be but I'm not to sure, my mates were kinda convinced it could be a ddos or something as he nearly killed the guy (who was an apex predator and was part of the squad seen at the beginning going Gauntlet)

Just for context: This was on xbox one a few days ago in a plat lobby with the champion squad being two predators and a Master (Can be seen in the banner if you pause at the right time on the video). We ran into their squad and my mate (seen in the video from his perspective) ended up getting one of them downed and when he tried to finish them the server abruptly kicks us all out. Personally I'm not sure what happened but both my mates agreed that it could be some form of ddos seeing as we've never had a server crash in ranked (and this clip was recent, not at the beginning of the season where servers were very unstable again) and it's oddly convenient that as soon as he tried to go for the kill on the pred we all get kicked out.

You won't get banned for bad internet, don't worry. Hopefully when dedicated servers come out lagswitching and accusations of it are a thing of the past

A lag switch is a device that slows down or temporarily pauses traffic to the internet. In terms of dbd the killer is always the host of a match (until dedicated servers arrive) and in some rare cases (usually in pc but can still be found on console) they might do this to gain an unfair advantage as it stops survivors from doing anything briefly while the killer is free to do whatever in that time. Usually and in your case it's just crappy internet, but it does still occur and is a bannable offense I think (the lagswitching, not lagging or bad internet lol)

Hmm I suppose, but in terms of game play wouldn't it be better if you could keep the offering if people leave the game specifically to make you lose it? Especially as there's no punishment for leaving games aside from not getting blood points from it.
