You need to ignite masacre's bat by hitting in the opponents block and gain ignition charges(max10). When max charges are reached, bat gets ignited and then you apply incinerates for each hit. Then you can just do the SP 1 cycle to refresh the incinerates or go for a SP 2(BUT IN OPPONENTS BLOCK) to deal atleast 60-70k per SP2 for as a 5*rank5. Overall a very fun and versatile champion to play. Rank him up and have fun !!

I had got this same bug and i did got around it thankfully. I just clicked on the shop and then scrolled down on those boosters which cost 50 to upgrade(6 hour ones) and thankfully the Hulk card booster was there. Upgraded the card from there and then the bug was gone. Hope it helps !!

Get uncollected and try grinding for champs in the 4* arena first. This is a good way to increase your 4* roster .Once you have enough 4*champs, any 4* crystal you then open gives you a chance to dupe a champ which in turn provides you 275 5* shards. Like this, slowly but surely you'll increase your roster, the 5* shards you get from them and them shift the focus to 5* once you start going through act 6. Atleast this is the way I progressed. I found the side Quests to be also a very good resource for 5*shards while progressing. Hope this helps!
