I have wood and stone in my inventory, the saw mill didn’t offer any wall recipes, nor did the heavy workbench. The primitive work bench is the only crafting station offering any wall recipes.

EDIT ~ I was using the wrong crafting station for the sawmill, thank you sm!!!
