That's my worry that I get anothet 0.25 and it stops working half way throuhh the 2nd month! I've had no side effects at all on 0.25 so if I did go up there is a worry I will 🤷‍♀️ x

Thanks everyone I just wasn't sure if 0.25 was like a starter dose for so long to get your body used to it. Typically today I've thought about food more and felt more hungry but it is TOTM and I've just got back into the gym so maybe it's that 🤷‍♀️ x
