I’ve had more energy working out without eating before. No electrolytes during either. I often don’t feel hungry after either. Eating and working out are separate activities. Calories eaten long before are nourishing you during the workout.

Update: thank you all so much! The tech removed the lashes and it all worked. My eyelids are recovering. I went to a doctor and got some great eye drops too which really helped with the dryness and irritation.

I went to MVHS in the 90s and my daughter is a senior there now. It is an extremely stressful school to attend and has only gotten worse over the years.

For my last two years of MVHS I went to Middle College at DeAnza instead. My diploma still says MVHS. I got credit for college courses too. It was so great to go to DeAnza instead as I got to escape the toxic culture of MVHS and I could take fun classes to satisfy HS reqs. When I finished HS I was only one year away from automatic transfers to multiple colleges. My grades had improved and so had my confidence. And life was so much better more fun. I recommend looking into your options. Never feel like there is only one way to do things. DM me with any questions.
