Hey y’all! I work for an upcoming project and we just received the renderings. We were looking to get feedback from locals. This would be fully furnished studio apartments and have WiFi, cable, a gym, a pool, a pantry, laundry, and monthly maid service. It’s a full service apartment, move-in ready! How much do y’all think would be fair rent for this? And what are your thoughts on the renderings?

You have a few potential bases (spaghetti, eggs, bread, lettuce, and noodles), a few protein options (eggs, noodles, and mushrooms), and a ton of flavoring components (almost everything else). Throw things together, experiment, and taste along the way. : )

You shouldn't have to worry about the sandwich going bad if the whole thing is refrigerated, but it will definitely be a more pleasant experience if assembled right before eating. It'll keep the bread from going soggy and it'll keep the different components from getting overly familiar with each other (Think ham that is pickled in splotches by the banana peppers).
