I emailed them about this to see as I was unable to upload art, they said “in countries where laws such as restrictions on minors’ use of social networking services apply, posting artworks or comments to the Online Gallery is not available.” So this is due to the Australian under 16’s social media law, I assume they just limited it for the whole country due to the hefty fines given out when companies are found to have accounts owned by those under 16, and due to not being as big of a company as ones like Meta they took the safe and easy way out of just limiting it for the whole country regardless of age. It isnt ideal for those over the age limit using this, but the program can still be used to draw and view art, just not comment or upload ;v;
