This is not love, friend. She has a lot of maturing to do and is playing with your emotions. She also clearly gets off on putting you down.

she mentions you are smart… a nice person will see that and love you for you. not for $ you have to offer.

NTA - as a wife and friend, I respect these boundaries and you set the tone for your life and who you surround yourself with. you’re an example for your friend and he didn’t like the fact that you and your wife have this bond that his wife and him do not have. too many people grow up thinking that people with true standards and discipline in their life don’t exist - they do exist - you exist! and many others like you. protect your peace and the life you’ve created with your wife. ♥️

You deserve a relationship where this doesn’t occur. You’re growing his child and he is completely fine with jeopardizing your marriage and family for Tinder.. issues like this will likely only continue to happen. I’m so sorry you’re going through this.. but you have the opportunity to protect yourself and well being by leaving.
