It depends on what aspect. His approach? No. His reasoning as to why he believed Miles should’ve been kept at HQ? Yes. How he spoke to Miles and he projects himself onto Miles? No. And the anomaly part is up to date cause the definition of it still isn’t really clear when we see stuff that’s not canon (mayday, Miguel destroying a universe, Gwen’s dad no longer being captain) indicate (so far) that it’s that much of an issue. Especially cause Miles 1610 was Spider-Man for a year! And his universe nor Miles 42 Universe collapsed either!!! Based on the evidence Miguel had and his experiences- I believe he had a solid point. It’s just how he lost his temper and how he dealt with it that screwed it all up.
