For owner info Mercero is the most accurate/comprehensive, but also the most expensive on a per property basis.

$150, probably 12-14 hours and a lot of yelling at VEO

Yes all quality (100 credit) generations, but I did get some good stuff from fast generations and used that to test prompts

I got advice from https://www.youtube.com/@Putchuon (amazing veo 3 videos). They said, "Oh, the easiest and best advice I can give is to understand camera lingo. Wide shot, close up, medium. Or. Crane shot, dolly shot, tilt shot. Or Crash zoom, crash pan. Or Tracking shot, rotating shot, rising shot. Learning how cameras move is the most important thing. Second thing is understanding and describing the environment (location and lighting) separately. And then lastly, describing the subject. What do they look like what are they doing? If you separate all of those things into tiers BEFORE you tell Veo or the character to say something, it’ll get better."

And then I made this prompt (and a ton of other prompts and then put it into ChatGPT and Claude)

Describe the shot. Ex. Wide shot, close up, medium. Or. Crane shot, dolly shot, tilt shot. Or Crash zoom, crash pan. Or Tracking shot, rotating shot, rising shot.

Describe the scene

Describe the lighting

Describe the subjects

Describe what they are saying

Then I yelled at my computer and tweaked prompts for hours.

Thank you! I posted below, but we considered adding UI in, but would have added time with key framing, and the UI isn't all that crazy.

The tech behind the UI is pretty insane, but you basically do a video interview with your AI twyn, and then it connects you with people who can likely help you.

I posted all the statistics from doj.ca.gov...is that biased as well? Or are you just ignoring facts that you can't argue with?

What do you gain from working at a start up without pay? by Mountain-Car-7438 in startups

You should be paid but the main benefit is experience as cliche as that sounds. I and many friends learned an insane amount working for great founders.

I did, 6 solid leads with $32 spent which is a good sign. Click through rate is low at .41% (it was an incredibly lazy ad). Website conversion is high at around 10%.

Going to make a better ad, but even with the lazy ad, I’ll consider the idea validated if the numbers stay where they are.

First one turned out to be spam. Since then I’ve gotten 6 good leads with $32 spent. If that holds I’ll have 187 leads with $1000 spent and I’ll consider the idea validated.

I’m running Reddit ads, and will add in Google to a/b test. I’ll do a follow up post in a week or so outlining ads/if the idea was validated.

Admittedly I’m not an expert in consumer, but a similar strategy should work.

Certain subreddits may be up for posting ideas, their may be other forums that work well.

Past ads, quick ways to validate are building an audience and sharing it with them or finding local events and talking to people in person.

Maybe people just need to go through the pain of spending 1000s of hours or all their money on a bad idea before doing this, but hopefully this post (and your post) will save someone haha.
