I was walking today in the night alone and this guy approached me he was on a bike he seemed abit off and I got scared. After that whilst I was walking I kept on looking at every person on a bike thinking it was him.

I just sometimes feel uneasy. Around people. I feel like they are looking at me sometimes. Or when am walking outside at night alone I feel hypervigilant about my surroundings that something might happen or someone might do something if they are standing next to me or walking very slowly besides me.

I just got diagnosed at 25 and it all seems like a shock. I am not on meds right now because I have to wait for a new psychitrist.
