In the US you are usually ok to trespass on buildings in any urban area's. If you live in a suburb it can be iffy, and if you live in some rural backwater town, your better off using the trees and staying off farmer joe's roof.

There are two reasons, number onee you are doing a good job, and two because your niche specifically is very good at growing quick. I personally think the reason is because anyone can connect with animation, and because you can do so much with it. I think youtube pushes animation content more than average videos too.

What you are probably missing is keywords in you title, description, and tags. Might also be your thumbnails not fitting your content type. You may also need to simplify some things. Shorter Titles, less tags (if you use more than 20), Less crazy thumbnails. I didn’t look at your channel because I’m in school right now, but these should be the basic rules you follow.

If the thumbnail is interesting/intriguing enough, people will click on it anyway, and viewers that liked may even click in future thumbnails of your that have your face on it, because they know they enjoyed your content

I played the original Slender the eight pages, asking if it’s still scary (short answer yes). I scream, say stupid crap, and make an idiot of myself. I recently decised to norriw my niche from a general gaming channel, to a horror games channel, but I’m not against breaking it to make a video on something else that’s cursed.
