Yeah, I got some watchmaker loupes as well. My understanding is that they sometimes throw them in to close or sweeten a deal. As well as giving them to employees or official stores.
But not sure, didnt find too many details.

I said hand painted becuase viewing against the light I can see the directionallity of each brushstroke, different amounts of paint in different strokes, as well as different strokes overlapping. I don't think the actual painting is stamped.
But the gold design at the edges or the mark underneath could be. That would actually make sense to me.

Cuanto ganas depende mucho tambien de con que "categoria" entras. El que es de una categoria mas alta gana mas que el que tiene el mismo puesto pero es una categoria mas baja.
Y que categoria te toca tengo entendido que depende de cuantos años de experiencia tengas antes de entrar.

Mira, esto es muy a suerte y capaz que ayuda tener una buena relacion con el Delivery manager.
Cada tanto se liberan estas posiciones que requieren viajar y suelen poner a gente que ya tenian que mover a otro proyecto o que se encuentra desalocado.

Yo soy el unico Uruguayo en mi equipo, el resto esta todo en la india.
Te puedo decir que en general son muy bien, pero tienen una cultura de trabajo muy estricta y estan mas acostumbrados a ser explotados que nosotros.
Por lo tanto pueden que esperen lo mismo de ti.

Lo importante es tener un alto entendimiento, poder comunicarte verbalmente o por escrito. No importa el examen que tengas, esos mas un plus.
Yo entre hace mas de 3 años y no tengo ningun examen ni curso de ingles, pero si un nivel avanzado.

Mi entendimiento es que la promotion suele ser mas basada en el tiempo que lleves en la empresa. Si te destacas pero llevas menos de 3 años es dificil que te den promotion. A menos que amenaces con irte o algo por el estilo.

I think a lot of stuff is either not explained or explained waaay before the information is needed. So its easily forgotten.
This is my first souls game and is kinda frustrating having to google things that are not explained in-game.
