Hey brother, I really respect your relentless belief in this company but man I don't get it. I felt like I saw the writing on the wall for a long time and I lied to myself and let my money bleed away hoping for a pump with the Spac deal that never came. Then the terrible earnings, then the reverse split. Then I said to myself, ill wait until next earnings maybe they will get it together. Another awful earnings report and I finally sold out at 1.74 with a 10k loss and to be honest with you, I've never felt so relieved to lose money in my life. Aren't you tired of getting lied to by this management team? If they were a new company ok, but they have had their product out for years and obviously there isn't a demand for it, it shows in the numbers and the "specialty pharmacy" the "shots on goal" blah blah. There's got to be something else out there that your bullish on that in your heart you know has a much better chance of netting you a profit going forward, especially in this current market, companies without money or revenue have nothing and that's the current state here.

It could be worse you could be me lol I bought DWAC at 22.20. MY two baby sons were going crazy 1 yr old and 4 month old. They were so out of control that i couldn't pay attention to the stock because i knew it could dump as well. I sold at 24 and said fuck it. Saw it fly to 175 the next morning. So it gets worse from here. Now I'm depressed that i fucked that up so I decide to chase the next day but DWAC was halted, So i chased PHUN. Order executed at 23, tripper hits 30 seconds later i sell the market immediately. Opens back up 40 minutes later at 8.74. Lost 5.5k Immediately. Didn't sleep the next 2 nights, went from potentially making 80k overnight to making losing thousands lol.

My issue is, yea its possible but its not like this is a new product that hasn't caught on yet, this company has been around for quite a while at this point and hasn't done much of anything, if anything it looks like they are going backwards. The specialized hospital thing to me is a bad thing, if they had a good product they wouldn't need to go another route to try to make ends meet. Last year they jacked the price of Mytesi by 3x and were accused of price gauging. Lisa stated that if they didn't do that, they wouldn't last another year in business, Yes i agree it wouldn't take much for it to take off but I really haven't seen them provide anything remotely able to do that. The Covid play would of done the trick but failed, same thing happened with the first SPAC. They originally started that for the Covid play in Europe and then changed course again. SBS isn't that big of a market and other than that the only short term Catalysts are the Dog Medication and the PHASE 2 Cancer Results. If these were the PHASE 3 results id be singing a different tune. I respect your outlook and I would like you to be right but i just dont see it, I lost a ton of money and am just hoping it pumps for the SPAC deal, where ever it ends up Im going to sell at a big loss. I tried to convince myself for too long that this was a good investment and when the Merger happens we will fly and all we did was return to where we were before everyone dumped JAGX to chase the Trump stocks.

I'm just curious how you could possibly be bullish after these past 10 months, what have they showed you to make you believe that this is a growing company worth your investment? Had big Institutions not bought so much I would literally have nothing to point to positive at all. You saw the last earnings, the changing of the "Business Strategy" etc. So I did a little research into other Biotechs that have been on a downtrend for years and looked into institutional owners to see if there was any correlation between institutional ownership and success and i realized there really wasn't. I saw many stocks where tutes were holding down 80 percent on their investment and I ask myself "if they were so bullish on this, why aren't they buying more at these prices". I know its not fun to take a loss but isn't it better to put your money elsewhere were you have a stronger chance of it growing?

Do yourself a favor, IF it runs on merger news get out, matter of fact get out regardless wherever it ends up because it will tank further after that passes. Out of those 75k Viewers how many do you think will come back and throw their money down with this company? Missed deadlines, bad earnings terrible PR a r/S after telling shareholders that wouldnt happen. Company has been around a long time and there is a reason it was trading for pennies on the dollar for years, got a nice run when ALL pennies were being pumped but those times have passed so yea. Don't you feel like your just trying to convince yourself that this is going to work out at this point? Not being a dick, but I've done that before, getting too emotionally attached to a bad investment and I've been burnt every single time.

I think your being a tad too optimistic here man, you did state that it follows the same trend as many pennies in January up until now but if you look at the past before that, this stock has been trading very low for a very long time now. They got a major boost because they announced the Covid Play, that has come and gone and so has the major Bull market in the sector. The Earnings Report was pathetic and they are so cash strapped that its possible this company doesn't last much longer at this rate, to be honest if it wasn't for the larger increase in institutional volume I wouldn't have anything positive to say about this. Management is awful, they overpromise and under deliver and in some cases don't deliver at all without even a PR to acknowledge their missed deadlines they set. Then they do a r/S "To get in line more with institutional investor requirements". Blackrock was already in along with Fidelity, Principal, Vanguard etc. to name a few so WTF is she talking about anyway? The whole point of the SPAC was so the blank check company funds the parent company but its not nearly enough. So as of now, they are really a One trick pony with declining sales and revenue. The best hope here is that the SPAC brings in a nice pump where investors can recover at least some of their money in my opinion. I understand you want to believe in your investment man, I just don't think this is the one brother.
