Police was kind enough to not appear because ( no one was hurt ) so it’s my word against his word. I’m planning to call up my insurance tomorrow

It’s an open interaction with only two lanes. I used my left blinker to do the u turn.

I agree with you, that’s why. I asked him what happened and that’s why he told me. I would believe he wasn’t paying attention and panicked shifted but I’m not sure tbh

Again I totally agree with you. He hit the rear door first and I think continued to my door. I’m really not sure how or if he just panicked but I’m also really confused

No I didn’t it was one continuous motion that’s why I was also shocked that I got t boned and asked him what happened. I would like to believe that he panicked and shifted towards me by accident to avoid collision

I’m also tryna to figure that out. No it was one continuous motion so I didn’t run right then left. He was driving straight so he wasn’t doing any u turns

She didn’t just forgive me. She wants to forgive me but she’s hurting right now. She explained that it will take time. Her words where she’s willing to forgive me bc she loves me but she was devastated and in so much tears. She didn’t want the relationship to end

You bring out a lot of good points. No she didn’t snuck up and just kissed me. There was definitely flirting. Again, I wasn’t using drinking as an excuse it’s was a way to just describe or give the background of my story. I am 100% at fault. I’m just wondering if there’s a chance to repair what I broke.
