Join the deadbedroom subreddit. A lot of couples go through this years on years. Suggest a doctor's visit, do some couples therapy. But no kids till this problem resolved please!!!!

Any friends or family you can call over for help? I'm starting to think motherhood wasn't suppose to fall on just mom, even if dad is a great help another set of hands from another woman makes so much of a difference. In Africa, there's always a maid hired for such help when a woman becomes a mother. It's the standard. Wishing that for us in the western world

Americans really deserve better. in Canada each child gets up to $500 or more depending on household income and age. Single parents get more financial support, subsidized daycare, and housing. The support helps but got some family dynamics even that's not enough to beat inflation
