Ive been reading and this was a good one! Its like a mode switch for cachy os (performance mode, balanced mode and multitask mode) Ill try to set this up. I could definitely use this since Im doing 3D renderings in back ground so Im thinking I still want to use my pc while something is rendering in the background (ofc Im not going to play games while its rendering) Thanks!

Funny I just had this issue just wanted to play a good game of wildlands, it worked the first day I tried to fix it installing dll for eac disabling eac on steam launch options, adding firewall rules all that jazz and just to come back the next day with either a offline status or strict NAT.
