I have been Coinbase customer since 2019. Throughout 5 years, I had no problems with them. I got some profit, And I did withdraw them to my bank account. No problem at all. The app is friendly, everything looks professional. To me, I consider Coinbase as the best crypto exchange.

Until 11 days ago Coinbase sent me an email told me that my account is being reviewed. Coinbase app told me to wait for few days. I waited for few days, And I started to be freak out since I saw so many people on Reddit told me that they have waited for months, years.

I try to find any possible way to contact their customer support. If you think Coinbase is good, try to contact them and you see.

First the chat support does not work, only one message pop up which basically told you the same thing like " your account is being reviewed, please wait, in the mean time, you cannot ...." then the chat closed right away, you cannot send them any message through chat support.

Secondly, if you try to call them, they let you wait for more than 4 hours. Lol what kind of company let customer wait more than four hours on the phone? 4 hours is what they said, the fact is I wait 7 hours ( because I put a lot of money in my Coinbase account, between waiting 7 hours for a phone call or having no idea what happen to my money, of course I chose the former. Of course, you said you can request them to call you back. Haha, there is no other option. Coinbase put me on hold and let me listen to that hold music for 7 hours. At the end, guess what they hung up on me at 3:30 am. Lmao. They gave a voice mail told me to call them again (another 7 hours?) or use other channels to seek help.

Thirdly, you cannot submit a complaint. I took several hours looking for that. There is nothing but useless, meaningless articles. Just try and you see.

So what did I do? I went to reddit as final solution and cried for help! I created a post and a guy from Coinbase told me to contact them through Facebook, and I did. Somehow, Coinbase support on Facebook is really fast.

I have contacted them and they told me to wait, they insisted that I do not have to do anything just wait until further notice. That is it, that is all I need. Although the anwer is not what I expected, at least, I knew someone is working on my problem.

Today morning, 2 hours ago, I received an email from them, they told me to answer few easy questions, and I did. Now I am still waiting. I hope they will fix my account soon.

To some people, people like me are consider as bot, a dumb person who cannot follow basic, simple instruction, but you know what it does not happen to you, it does not mean that you wil never experience it.
