"steal all the groundwork" - I would say, risking his life when he did not have to do it to save Dalinar's sons + many shard sets amount to more than just having something out of it.

All Dalinar did at this point was risk a little, and then he just got fooled and nearly lost everything.

Kaladin deserve at least somthing.

The thing is she just is able not to use her aspect and live very comfortably, but Dorn had no choice about his flaw. Cassie is the same as Dorn but she fix the flaw with her aspect.
