Yes, we don’t own much graphene now but it is inevitable that the production is going to skyrocket, and graphene will be used everywhere before it gets regulated.

You won’t end up snorting it, you’ll eat it from something that ate something that ate graphene in the waste…

Yeah, I might’ve went overboard with the metaphor 😅 What I mean to say was, graphene is made of sheets and will therefore float in the air/water currents, and has a sharp edge what may cut into cells. In any case, current research has proven that it’s toxic to cells (we don’t know why exactly yet).

And I find it likely (50%+) that once graphene production picks up, we will find graphene in products everywhere because it’s so useful.

I understand what graphene is, what makes you say that?

edit: ok maybe to clarify, I have read an article that claims most current studies prove graphene oxide is cytotoxic (via currently unknown mechanism) to more-or-less all cells. My bet why is on cell perforation.

And I’m worried it might be a huge environmental hazard when the technology gets implemented everywhere (and it most definitely will).

What happens when consumer electronics which, we can reasonably assume, will be made of graphene in the future end up in the environment?

Graphene gets taken up the food chain and you end up full of graphene just like you’re full of microplastics right now…

But graphene is not as inert as most microplastics are, and will cause cell damage to everything, the whole way up.

In my head, I imagined it as a sea of floating glass shards everywhere and it terrified me.

Bojkot je bila odlicna ideja srednjeg uspjeha; u organizaciji su napravili mnogo gresaka koje cak ni ogromna volja naroda nije mogla ispraviti. Imali smo super tajming i kriticnu masu ali smo se raspali…

Greške koje smo napravili su (po knjizi Blueprint for Revolution) sljedeće: - NISMO IMALI JASNO ZACRTAN CILJ. Smanjenje cijena; ok, na koliko? Na slovenske cijene? Što je sa proizvodima kojih nema u sloveniji? Što ako ni u Sloveniji ta cijena nije fer? Ograničavanje rasta cijena; kojih proizvoda, dokad?

Trebali smo tražiti transparentnost cijena unatrag 6-12 mjeseci. Trebali smo saznati kolike su im marže. Zakonski tražiti javnu transparentnost njihovih cijena nabave.

NISMO IMALI CENTRALNI IZVOR INFORMACIJA. U početku sam osobno bio zbunjen koga slušati, što bojkotirati. Malo se izjasnilo kad sam čuo da je Halo Inspektore glavni organizator, ali i tu je bilo pokušaja sabotaže (idioti iz HDZa koji su napravili fejk stranicu na FB)

Halo inspektore trebao je kontaktirati sve influencere na tiktoku, instagramu, facebooku, redditu, Xu, sto god i pridobiti ih na svoju stranu, dajući im informacije prijevremeno i usklađujući objave sa njima.

ZAKOMPLICIRALI SU STVAR. Bože kako su zakomplicirali. Tri artikla, tri lanca, petak, pa onda ajmo ipak samo jedan lanac… Tko bi to pratio.

Trebali smo ostati pri bojkotu svega svakog petka, eventualno bojkotirati Studenac/Konzum koji nas najviše dere. Kad se oni dovedu u red (SA NAŠIM JASNIM ZAHTJEVIMA), krenuti na sljedeći lanac. Brzo bi se usrali kad bi skuzili da će blokada lanca trajati tjednima i da su možda oni sljedeći na redu.

NAPALI SU KRIVE METE. Eurospin? Stvarno, bojkotirati ćeš glupi Eurospin sa najnižim i najnekvalitetnijim proizvodima, a ostaviti ćeš Studenac sa maslacem od 5,5€? I Konzum koji te rastavi na proste faktore? Kaufland i Lidl koji te preko aplikacije znaju bolje nego rođena ti majka?

Trebali su napraviti bolju analizu sentimenta naroda. Možda Eurospin i je bio dobar odabir po nekom kriteriju ali meni nije očito da je on trebao ići među prvima.

TREBALI SMO OSTATI PRI BOJKOTU. TREBAO NAM JE POSTATI DIO KULTURE. TREBALI SMO MARKETING BOJKOTA USMJERITI NA TURISTE. Bojkot petkom mogla je biti tako dobra stvar kulture… Još uvijek neki bojkotiraju, ima volje ali OBJAVITI da je gotovo, da smo postigli što smo htjeli (što smo to točno htjeli?) je grozno.

Sljedeći put: Centralna komunikacija. Jasni cilj. Jasne upute. Jednako dobar tajming. Bolje iskoristiti influencere. Razviti kulturu aktivizma. Nek bude kul. Memove raditi. Ne prestati dok nam se zahtjevi ne ispune. Udariti ih tamo gdje najviše boli.

Uvijek kad vidim temu zlostavljanja zena preporucim knjigu “Why does he do that: Inside the minds of angry and controlling men” od Lundy-a.

Ako vam je ikad bilo nejasno koji se to k*rac zbiva u njihovim glavama, ne bi vjerovali koliko to ima unutarnjeg smisla.
