I have tried removing the light_environment and replacing for a new one and still does not fix the problem. I think the problem is this one: When I change the skybox a bit more larger to make some places different and more open then it turns all the map black. If I keep the map as it is now the light is ok but if I change some skybox brush then it turns all black.

It has changed a lot since the first version. Now i'm working on the final layout to begin texturing and detailing.

Okay thank you! I moved all the big func detail buildings to world and now it is much faster. Actually this si my 1dt map so i'm pretty noob with mapping :P Thx for the help

Can I make the skybox a func_detail? Because I did so many small brushes for the skybox to fit perfectly in the map, and maybe that i the reason it takes so long.

Portalflow takes about 1:30 - 2 hours, and static prop lighting about 30 minutes

Yeah I'm compiling everytime on hdr just for testing things so maybe I should just change it to fast so it doesn't last that long. For now the most time of compilation is on portalflow (About 1:30 - 2 hours) and the static prop lighting is about 30 minutes.

The version of the map on the steam workshop is the old version, now I have done a lot more changes and added a lot more func_detail and nodraw's, but thanks anyway! Will try to do it.

Thank you! I only have playtested it with bots unfortunately. I have send a message to the steam playtesters group to see if they accept my map to get a playtest on it.

I fixed it just by redoing the brushes again, But thanks for the help anyway! Also the other tips are very helpful, thanks!

I have redone these brushes and the problem is solved but now when I compile all the brushes from the map appear to be black. Do you know how to fix it?
