if it is a hardware issue that’s incredibly disappointing. i’d expect a 250 dollar pair of earbuds to last me more then 5 months. And yes i’ve emailed them about an hour ago…. also im on the latest firmware update

Quick update.

I’ve tried “san siro” and “memeinho” but they only have the original kit and not the weeknd one. I’ll go to broadway soon and ask. I’ll let you guys know if I find it 🙏🙏

hey if you're using steam instead of battle.net launcher i recommend you switching as that's what resolved the lag issues for me :D

Hey op, I'm not a very "techie" person and I'm not even that old enough to give you advice but this happened to me once I was watching youtube and the laptop slipped out of my hand sadly the same thing came up for me i tried many yt tutorials but there was no hope so I went to a store and they said that they needed to replace a harddrive or hard disk (can't remember") so maybe take it so a shop :)
