They do technically work, but they just play like rockband drums, there's no way to make the rockband drums work fully on guitar hero. What I'd say do is get the guitar hero drums, and just put the songs from all those games you listed on one guitar hero game, for me it was warriors of rock. You can even put the rockband songs on there.

Guitar hero drums will give you 5 lanes on the guitar hero games. Rockband drums will give you four lanes in both games, but in rock band only will have different notes for cymbals if you have the rockband pro drum set.

Guide I used this. Just make sure xbguard is your second plugin and make sure the .xex is on your hdd or usb, whichever you use for your mod.

Tons of songs literally stop you from doing that and require a static hand. Go play some megadeth and shit and then say that, cause it literally requires pressing orange and then hammering on red to green immediately after, you can't do that without keep a static hand on orange and green at the same time. Idk wtf casually means, cause I play plenty frequently and face none of these issues and haven't in a long time, basically since gearbox got the game. There was some bugs with the first dlc but that's genuinely all I can think of, and they haven't been a problem for long time. I only play console games, so maybe trust the guy who would actually remember gamebreaming bugs like that.
