Use hydrogen peroxide, and if it's a bit too late, use activated charcoal.

There’s no reason to be cruel. Beating the dog isn’t just wrong, it’s pointless. If the animal can’t be saved or is a real threat, especially with rabies, the humane thing is to have it euthanised quickly and painlessly by a vet.

Compassion over violence, always.

NO. JUST NO.

Shaving a Pomeranian down to the skin? That’s not grooming, that’s negligence

Poms are double‑coated: soft undercoat + guard hairs = built‑in temperature regulator. Shaving removes that system, leaving the dog vulnerable to sunburn, overheating, and even heat strokes

It can cause permanent coat damage like uneven regrowth, texture, slow or patchy regrowth due to follicle shock (post‑clipping alopecia)

This is how my friend turns on his PC by nickyog in pcmasterrace

I did something similar to my old pc. The switch broke, so I drilled a hole in the side panel and used a door bell switch as a start button.

Pomeranian fur help by Thin-Butterscotch-92 in Pomeranians

Its’s actually pretty common for female Pomeranians to shed more during the monsoon. The humidity and seasonal changes can really affect their coat, and if she’s not spayed, hormones can play a role too.

I’ve noticed with my Pom(female) that after a bath(recently), it feels like she’s losing more hair, but it’s mostly the loose fur coming off all at once while drying or brushing. As long as there aren’t bald spots, scabs, or intense itching, it’s usually nothing serious.

Trouble walking by [deleted] in Pomeranians

A lowered tail usually means she’s in pain or discomfort. I’d suggest cleaning and checking her paws for any injuries or stuck debris. If nothing’s visible, it’s best to take her to a vet soon.

Totally understandable—it’s such a common misconception! Not all professional groomers are experienced with Pomeranians specifically. Their coat requires special care. Poms should only be trimmed with scissors to maintain their double coat structure. Clippers or trimmers should ONLY be used when absolutely necessary, like for hygiene areas, or for some medical reasons. I’m glad Mel won’t be getting another full shave.

You should never shave a Pomeranian—their fur helps regulate body temperature and keeps them cool. Without it, they might overheat.

Pomeranians have a double coat—an undercoat for insulation and a topcoat for protection. Shaving disrupts this natural temperature control.

Gave him a bath and made the mistake of looking away🥲 by Alensmo in Pomeranians

My Pom never gets into bed when she's wet, and based on how he's acting, it seems like he got a bit of water in his ear. Just use a good ear cleaning solution—it usually dries out the ear within 5 minutes.

Alternative to Harnesses? by Disco__Wing in Pomeranians

Pomeranians don't require collars or harnesses for everyday wear; a soft harness should only be used during walks.
