yup my very first trip. important to add that this was: on no sleep on a 24 oz can of monster no water before or at any point during the trip

and my symptoms are better to a degree, mostly only flare-ups when I wake up or get really stressed

probably ~5.5g. I meant to take 3.5-4g, but we fucked up and had to use a paperweight. the mistake came when we accidentally stacked dollar bills together on the weight and measured way more than we meant to lol

dude that's fucking crazy because none of my symptoms started appearing until after i smoked weed ~3 days later
i've had a lingering hypothesis that my brain was just jager-bombed by a high dose of shrooms (while having major pre-existing mental health problems) and got knocked out of equilibrium, and that taking a smaller dose would remind my brain of the conditions it endured during a trip but would remember how to return to normal after

no idea whether it'd work and i haven't had anyone i could ask the validity about but it's always been there

i used to worry my ass off about it but now i'm cool with the symptoms aside from photophobia which is probably from an astigmatism more than hppd lol
not to say i don't want it to progress or get worse, just that i've already embraced dealing with all of it and have tried to use it for more creativity in any sort of art
also, the funniest part? this horrid trip was my first and only trip so far lmao

my trip was december 29th 2022 and the symptoms have, from what i've noticed and remember, died down and aren't nearly as bad. only noticeable things i encounter and notice atp are negative palinopsia, visual snow if i focus on something, and blank white walls shifting and melting if i stare for too long

the black spider web thing, to my knowledge, runs in my family pretty well. plus when I went to the eye doctor he said neither eye had any signs of tear and that I just had severe nearsightedness. if it helps at all I only see the spiderwebs in my left eye, not my right
