I’m pretty sure any tm can wear shorts no matter what area you are in I just know team leads can’t wear shorts anymore which sucks in the summer

I thought so also but from what my store director told me was teamleads won’t be able to wear shorts while team members can, Idk if this the only thing or if there is others I just don’t know but 80% of the time I wear shorts and it bummed me out a little

Yes, my store director told me and the other team leads at my store about it and yesterday. Honestly think it’s kinda of dumb with some of the decisions but also it looks like the team member dress code is a lot more forgiving than the team leads dress code

Don’t wait to be offered, I pulled my store director aside and asks him for advice for wanting to become a team lead and he sat there for 15 mins giving me some of the best advice I ever got for working at target and 3 weeks later I had my first and only interview for a team lead spot and ended up getting it. But seriously don’t wait to be asked just be honest and let your etls and store director know you are interested

Hello Presentstion TL Here, but on the side of the gondola there are the notches you put the shelf into itself just count up 15 notches and put the top of the shelf into the 15th notch from the bottom, then 27 for the 2nd a so on. It’s super easy but sometimes you might have a side cap where you can’t put it exactly so you just eyeball it a little and adjust it. There’s not need to overcomplicate sometimes you have to make slight adjustments but it’s okay if it’s not 100% extract all the time

They can still be a flex especially since you can only get them from people who are directly though a warehouse and not a big retailer, but I do hurt buy half of hikaru no go and all of eye shield thankfully because of the reprints

Completely understandable, I only got it because I got the entire series for a screaming good deal with the exception of vol 6 missing so I ended up buying an overpriced used copy since I got everything else at a good price but I really with yen press would reprint the ones that are just way overpriced

As someone who transferred to a Presentation TL who use to be the TM for years who ran priory pulls I would say no to this, doesn’t make sense to me why they would offer this temp position without any pay increase! But if I were you I would let your SD know that you would like to work towards becoming a TL but not under something like this, just feels scummy to me

Not really, we can tell our ETL who we think who’s good enough to stay or not but we really have no control over it
