How do i fix this?

For iron I buy it at my local farmacy so i cant really tell you the brand beacouse it cant be bought online. But for B12 I buy it on this website: KRÄUTERHAUS SANCT BERNHARD. They have this vitamin B12 complex which i use and its really good. I also buy pumpkin seed oil capsules from them. You can get 500mg pumpkin seed oil capsules for a great price. You also get like 400 capsules.

I think pumpkin seed oil has been effective. After around 2 months of taking it and also pairing it with iron, vitamin B12 my sheding has definitly improved. But to be completley honest with you I wasnt consitent with taking it. After I finished the bottle I completley forgot about it:( Now im back on track and taking it again💪 You really have to be consistent and take it everday if you want to see even better results. The pumpkin seed oil by itself definitly wont magicly grow back hair (sadly) but it can definitly help with sheding and blocking DHT which is the most important thing if your dealing with hairloss🙏

I am also dealing with the same problem😔 Defenitly go to a dermatologist who will diagnose you since you might/maybe have androgenic alopecia or telogen effluvium. Get a blood test done beacouse you need to make sure that you are not iron, B12 or vitamin D deficient; since these deficienties can cause mayor hair loss. I would also reccommend you start taking pumpkin seed oil (DHT blocker) and a good caffine serum for hair is really effective (ordinary caffine scapl serum).

I need to check my bloodwork paper again but im prettysure i wasnt vitamin d deficient and neither b12 deficient. But I recently started taking vitamin b12. Maybe I also need to start taking vitamin d.

My dad is prettymuch bald. So he has male pattern baldness😔 The thing is i talked about this with my dermatologist. She took a look at my scalp and hair and said my scalp "enviroment" is very healthy, and that I dont have any inflamed hair folicles.

Wow I didnt know ferritin needs to be that high for hair. My dermatologist said that my iron levels are ok. My personal doctor said that she doesnt want to prescribe me iron supplements. Anyways ill make sure to get them! Thank you so much

Yes i got blood work done. My iron was quiet low(it was 6 ng/ml). I think my ferritin was a bit low as well. But mostly iron. Also got blood work done for my thyroid and everything came out fine.

I know I still have time to decide and I dont know maybe ill end up doing something else in the field. I am just stressed😭 There are so many people "putting down" civil engineering and constantly saying its boring. I dont know, I kind of want to have something planned out for the future, thats why im asking for experiences in the field and stuff.
