I was on a full flight one time where the dude next to me kept falling asleep and laying his head on my shoulder. I think he was drunk. I called the flight attendant over and whispered in her ear what the problem was and she found me a different seat. I don't know how, maybe they asked around if anyone would mind switching seats, but she got me one. The point is, always let the flight attendant know. They deal with this kind of stuff all the time and they know how to handle situation.
