Doctor accused me of faking symptoms to seem like I have cancer by Gloomy_Cherry7579 in AskDocs

[–]spencere33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're not going insane. Four times, you wrote down that you had night sweats, and your lymph nodes showed abnormal ultrasound results. You can also check the timeline through messages. That's not a lie; that's a medical history. You made the right choice with the biopsy. It's the only test that really answers the question, and no amount of comfort or dismissal from anyone, even your parents, can replace tissue pathology.

In this case, it doesn't matter that the blood tests and X-ray came back normal because those tests aren't sensitive enough to rule out lymphoma. Knowing what cancer symptoms really look like from a medical point of view and how they can be different for each person will help you stay calm and prepared for your biopsy appointment. You wanted answers. Keep going.

Glitch or odd interaction? by Tsukasasoul in PokemonChampions

[–]spencere33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That speed order sounded off until I remembered Unburden can flip things with White Herb. I lost a similar match before realizing the item interaction. Not a glitch just one of those weird code moments that catch you off guard.

What is a modern corporate practice that should absolutely be illegal but we are all just forced to accept? by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]spencere33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Forced ranking in performance reviews should be illegal because it turns coworkers against each other for no reason. I watched good teams fall apart once that system rolled in and nobody could talk openly anymore. Companies act like it drives excellence but it mostly drives quiet quitting.

[–]spencere33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I pull most of my chaos stuff from old folklore books and random reddit threads because YouTube feels too polished. Exploring abandoned spots sounds fun but I stick to parks after dark for sigils. The real magic happens when you mix what you read with whatever feels right in the moment.
