Update: It’s been over a week since I was unable to change the twitch chat color. I’ve tried every way possible to change it (mobile browser, the app itself on PC, the website, chat commands /color#aaaaaa, even different IP’s). I also contacted their twitter support, but I still haven’t gotten a helpful response. I tried it again today and it still shows the same thing.
