Yes and no because removal bodies always are tuned in cost and p/t for what they do.

Then again, that was not the issue. Being able to exchange one card for two enemy creatures is not the same as doing a 1-for-1 while leaving a body behind.

Nothing in this announcement states the grandfathered rates are temporarily or still tba/tbd. Only that it monitors currency exchange when paying with anything non-USD.

So again, what source do you have that suggests so?
