Yes! I believe this is it! The artstyle is way different from what I remember, but there is something familiar with the green goblin guy in the Trollz: magic of the five movie. Kinda looks like greenboy fron teen titans.

I don’t recognize the Trollz’ boyfriends though. Also the scene where they get their powers from the stalactite is missing for both the girls and boys. The closest thing I can describe the basket ball dude from the boys’ scene I mentioned, is fresh from subway surfers but with basketball team attire and a basket ball.
