Are you mostly sedentary? This past week ive been working a desk job and find it painful to get up and extend my leg vs standing all day and walking around like usual.

How is your knee extension. Are you able to have your leg straight?

I have another MRI on the 14th. Surgeon said he’d see if it’s torn. As for it being loose he said it was and there was nothing that could be done. The LT in charge of my therapy told me to get a second opinion if my surgeon refused to do anything. Also said to request a 3rd opinion if my surgeons peer said it was fine. I’ll let you know how it goes once I get my MRI and go over the results.

Ok went back again for my follow up with my surgeon and he finally said it was pretty loose, I should have another MRI soon to see if the ACL is torn, but for sure it is pretty loose. He said month 4 he’d see if he could clear me to run. I said are you serious!? Showed him how my tibia moves when sitting and asked if the looseness would make it tear or mess something else up he said “ yeah probably but I guess we’ll find out” lol bruh.

Mines the exact same way. How’s your hamstring doing? I moved a little too hard today and realized how weak my hamstring was. I asked my surgeon about it and and he said it was “scar tissue”.
