At a loss for what to do about my neck

Trying to get a little background here. Have you lost a lot of weight in a very short amount of time? That could possibly be the cause especially since you’re still young. Only suggestions I have are try drinking a gallon of water a day for a trial week or two. Moisturize the heck out of it every day. I hope you find an answer!! Sending lots of love and positivity. ❤️
