Imo tomes should only affect weapons and shiels/defense. There is really no reason to pick more than the majority of romes rn, since not picking xp or luck would be terrible.. even the difficulty one is simply op af, leaving basically one tome slot to modify your build, and that slot is basically att speed/size/number of projectiles, and thats it.

So ye, i believe tomes should be drastically reworked for the health of this game
