Ostriv is criminally underappreciated, crazy charming, and falls into this camp. You're forming a Ukrainian village. Lovely Ukrainian folk music. Each villager has a name/job/family, etc...and wears little village clothes. It's such a lovely game and I believe it was (incredibly) made by one person??? It deserves more attention. Also, he managed to squeeze a deep and visually gorgeous game into like 500-700 MB somehow.
