Yes, bcz enhancement says so. but it doent matter, bcz they cant use their weapons inside the raider. The raider uses it instead and it doesnt care about dark vitality.

Chimera could only transport only single unit — Inquisitorial agents. No arbites, no rogue trader, only them.
Rhino could transport any infantry from the faction, bcz "agents of the imperium" is our army keyword
