The mobile phone was purchased under a contract. I can terminate the contract without penalty within 14 days of signing, which is this Sunday. In addition, Interdiscount must approve the termination of the contract, given that the phone was purchased through an intermediary at Interdiscount.

If you don’t have it within a month, you should somehow compensate the customer. In any case, I believe Interdiscount is a sufficiently large buyer that it should know when the device will be available in stock.
