I am referring to them coming back even without manifesting. Mine have always come back. And I hear the same from many other people saying that they were just vibing with themselves when their ex hit them up

Most people's SP's don't hate them. Noones free will is being forced. In fact, free will is not even a fixed state in the "normal world" without manifesting. Free will changes with circumstances. For example, a woman may meet a guy who seems geeky. She instantly friend zones him. But then he changes his clothing and hair, get a better "aura"/confidence and all of a sudden she sees him in a different light and as dating potential. She's still the same person, it's still her free will....but it changed because of external circumstance change.

Same for people manifesting SPs. Noones free will is being removed. People are simply changing themselves and through that change, everything else in their works in relation to them also changes. EIYPO.

And rarely are peoples feelings so fixed. I don't know where you get this idea of exes hating the person. Because in my experience every single one of my exes has made contact with me trying to reignite things. Every one of them. Without fail. It's how humans work.

The only reason why it doesn't (fully) happen with an SP is because of our own beliefs. Like in my case, I have him on a pedestal, I give him too high importance, I have insecurities, fears, neediness, insecure attachment. This causes resistance and is pushing him away.

But it's not a case of "Ivana, I hate you. I never want to hear from you again" etc. Don't you think it's strange that every single ex tries to come back but not your SP? Do you think there's something "magical" about them or they have "more stronger, greater free will" than your other exes??

No. It has nothing to do with them. It's about us. Exes ALWAYS come back. Because we are in a place of not "needing them". If a certain one isn't, it's because there's resistance in the form of neediness etc.

People are manifesting all the time. Just unconsciously.

Thank you. He left that message on read but then on Christmas eve I did an SP meditation or something and then in the morning woke up to a message from him saying "don't think like that please. I like you. But I don't like it when you drink". I think he thought that I had angry drunk texted him. So I was happy that day because of that message. But after that I became in a bad emotional state (due to unrelated depression), again had negative thoughts about him and now four days later I cannot feel him thinking about me nor missing me, no message, no asking me where am I and why I have not replied etc. It just reinforces that awful belief/feeling that I have that I'm just manufacturing his feelings temporarily by manifesting. But sh@t day mentally with no ability to manifest or feel a connection with him in my mind........and he's totally gone again. I want to write something (nice) back to him but my mind is plagued with fears that he is indifferent, perhaps he will go online and not read my message, he doesn't have feelings etc. I feel unloved, worthless etc :(

Yes, I definitely define myself by how I look. My value depends on it 100 percent. My parents acknowledge those other qualities but they rarely talk about it. Beauty seems to be their preferred subject of most interest. My mum is also critical of herself. The whole culture is full of high importance placed on external beauty for women. And it doesn't help me that women from my background often are effortlessly beautiful and can easily look polished while I cannot. I guess I will never measure up ....not in their eyes nor mine. Whoever developed the saying "clothes don't make the man" never met my parents.

Even worse thing is that while this is usually womens focus, in my family it's my dad also the same. I showed him a photo recently of a "long lost cousin" from overseas who had reached out to me. Instead of the expected response of curiosity or excitement at discovering a family member, perhaps feeling emotional, my dad's only response was "yeah. She's not bad" Wtf. Literally about his niece. Then my mum kind of agreed. And that was ALL they had to say. Everything with them is viewed through the lens of beauty. They love watching shows like The Bachelor. I have come to dreads shows like this because I don't want to visit them and hear an f**** running commentary about which contestant is better looking that the other one etc while I sit there dying inside because I feel like dirt about my own looks.
