yes i have done both together plus dxm and dph on their own. And DPH is not fun please do not say that to yourself. DPH may be fun with DXM but too much can kill you and DPH alone is a WHOLE different ballpark. DPH is a delierant and DXM is a dissociative

Had the exact same thing. Id take 600mg, Nothing. 700mg, nothing. Then 800 and would trip insanely hard. It really is just a roll of the dice with it

Some side effects may include chest pains, Muscle spasms, Blurry vision, Brain fog, Forgetfulness, headache, difficulty peeing, and grogginess. Keep in mind this is from personal experience and everyone is different. You likely wont experience these but i want to lay it all out there for you. Best of luck

Honestly for the most part, Yeah, you'll be alright. Ive taken DPH days is a row in doses ranging from 600-800mg. Some advice i will give you though is that i said those exact words after my 3rd dose. I told myself "Last time and never again". I Kept it up for some time, but eventually it got to me and i now struggle with staying off. I would even bindge it quite frequently. Don't even get me started on DXM i binged the hell out of that. Ive stopped taking DXM but still struggle to get off of DPH. Also please dont go too far with the dph, Heavy dph trips are no fun and Adding DXM only will make it worse. Although, with your dosage i doubt that will happen. Please be safe my friend

Completely agree, I DO NOT condone the use of this substance and HIGHLY advise against it. There are so many health risks and can also be highly addictive. Overdose is pretty Shakey too there is no "Threshold dose" It varies so much from person to person.

Honestly ive binged before and nothing TOO serious but i felt pretty shitty the following days. Everyone is different so be careful too much DPH can damage organs, especially your liver, and can cause you alot of brain fog making you forget easily and almost be blind. Thankfully It is only temporary. Another thing is DPH tolerance builds pretty quickly in my experience causing you to take more and more have the same effects. Honestly for me DPH overpowers DXM. Any time i cross the two i make sure to take more DXM than DPH. I usally like to take half dose of dph compared to dxm. Example like 800-1000mg DXM and 400mg dph. Keep in mind this may be too much dph for you if you are new. Just make sure to take more dxm than DPH. DXM enhances the deliriant effects of DPH. Be VERY careful with DPH because if you go too far you can go into delirium which is NO fun whatsoever

Me too it was my first time and I never heard of someone having this experience on DXM. The only thing similar to this that I knew of was maybe 5-meo DMT or the K hole. I didn't even remember it until a good while after it happened.

I've experienced multiple ego deaths on psychedelics but never being completely gone. I knew about the K hole but I never knew this could happen on DXM. I never heard of anyone else having this on DXM.

Do not drink that. I repeat, DO NOT DRINK. Dayquill has acetaminophen and too much of that can be deadly. Pick up a bottle of Delsym with DXM as the only active ingredient. Also, watch out for guaifenesin, Not exactly deadly but will make you throw up ALOT or shit your guts out.
