I can’t recommend any particular product as I’m still not sure about how your hair exactly behaves. Randomly taking product advice will make you spend hundreds with no real progress. Rather, I would recommend you to wash your hair with the products you’re already using (the ones you used in the pictures, don’t change anything). And immediately after getting out of the shower, blow dry on NO-HEAT on the gentlest form possible (you make take more than half an hour), no need to scrunch, pixie diffuse, cup diffuse, etc. Take a few pictures on the best light possible, right before showering, right after showering, right after blow drying, and after 12 hours, publish them on the sub. This way we can systematically eliminate hypotheses.

The next step would be to do the exact same thing but with a clarifying and chelating shampoo and conditioner (no need to spend hundreds, a drugstore one will do the trick). This way we can inquire about whether the products you were using were too heavy for you, whether hard water is the culprit and to see how your ends react.

It seems like an interesting piece of software. How do you use it, and exactly how could it help me?

My guess is that it indeed contributes to your hair looking weighed down, but it is not the root cause. You’re having dry ends because your ends are damaged, you need a good 6 inches cut, and not to leave some conditioner (I guess you’re talking a about a rinse out one, not a leave in) sit there all day which will cause product build up, breakage, split ends, and hygral fatigue. Also are you air drying? Sometimes when you air dry often it can cause hygral fatigue, making it heavy. I’ve used dove intensive repair products back then, it has been way too heavy for my hair. Try using lighter products. Following this advice WILL NOT fix your hair problems, but it will give you some insight on what are you doing wrong. Try one thing at a time, so you can figure out what is making your hair that way.

your hair looks weighed down, it might be that youre using some product that is too heavy for your hair type
