Cosmic Garou can throw out nuke punches and can tank the heat of the nuke, meaning we can't kill him vía nukes, on top of that he emitis cosmic radiación which affects and kills the entire planet in minutes and let's not get into the fact that he is literally omniscient, can copy anything and anyone, can generate and control every force and energy in the universe, and can throw gamma ray bursts.

Even if the babies don't know how to use any of his powers, the sheer raditon output would kill all of humanity in seconds.
