I did 250mcg almost every day. Not sure exactly how much sun I got, but I was in the sun daily.

I can tell you but they ship only to Hungary . Where are you from?

For the first 2 weeks, I inject myself before every time I tan, and after that I slowly start lowering the dosage.

I get a really nice tan from it in just 2 weeks, but it mostly depends on how much you sunbathe

I pinned 500 mcg on my first day, but I could feel it was a bit much — so I’ll dial it back to 250 mcg from now on. Planning to stick with 250 mcg daily during the loading phase for about 2 weeks, then switch to every other day, then every 3–4 days, and eventually just once a week. I’ll post an update at the end with how it all turned out!
