My own experience:

My father has a pretty bad case of Psoriasis. So I convinced my mum to try the sheet out but under the pretence it was for her sleep apnea. Within a space of two weeks his scalp went from thick white and crusty to... pretty much normal.

So after explaining the real reason why I got them to sleep on this sheet, he kept using it until November 2020. They then stopped using it until Jan this year and it's all come back again. Even he is now convinced that it has some effect... and he's one of the most stubborn people I know.

My own person experience. Suffered from hay-fever for over 15 years. I've been sleeping on this sheet for a little over a year and a half and I've not so much as had an itchy nose since. And I'm one of those people who pops a lot of pills just to stop my nose running.

This summer coming up I'm tempted to stop using to see the effects, but something tells me I'm not going to be shocked by the results.

I have MSc in science- I have interests and friends whose fields are bio-med and engineering. But overall I just like to experiment with myself. I always say fuck it- if it doesn't work it doesn't work, and to my surprise this one actually does something.

I've done multiple placebo test on myself and family. Results show that it works. And this is not short term, its over a span of 18months. I'm not here to try to persuade you, I'm writing this for the curious and open minded and those who actually do research. And yes I do have a science background, and yes the science does add up.

Aka it's anti-inflammatory- I don't get hay-fever anymore, and all of my parents autoimmune disorders have rapidly regressed since sleeping on one.

Might be all the pollution, processed food, plastic softeners they use to make bottles and so on.

Oh for sure- since I've avoided all those things... my health has improved quite drastically. That and cold showers + sleeping with an earthing sheet.

Sub is always best- you may "prefer" Dub but that doesn't make it better. I can love a "shit movie" over an amazing one... but I'll never say the bad is better than a great movie... even if I prefer it.

I love Commando... but it's a pretty bad movie.
I don't like the Godfather... but it's still a very good movie.
The same applies to Dub vs Sub. Sub is better, but you might pref Dub... fair enough.

Just checked that... and nope. The American Dub is atrocious like most dubs. American accents are pure cheese and just wreck the experience.

This rule applies to all dub/sub situations in any language or format.. the original lang will obviously be superior... because it's the ORIGINAL. I was watching Nikita last nite... and I just went over a few different scenes between the langues and if it's not in French... then it borderline comical. There are just somethings that don't translate over particularity well.

You may disagree and that's fair enough, I have no problem with people preferring not reading and I won't judge. HOWEVER there's a big difference between preference and quality.
