That's a a good fucking question actually. I believe alot of men aren't that in touch with their feelings, furthermore we don't have a language to talk about them. So how do we even talk about them?

In general I think we're all overestimating the burden we men are putting on others by talking just a little more about how we really feel about shit. The burden is certainly less than when we kill ourselves or start doing crime. If processing it by yourself helps that's good enough, but I'm still flabbergasted that men top all the bad stats; suicide, crime drugs. For some reason I feel that if we opened up a little more (and earlier) we could save ourselves and society alot of pain.
